If your unit is still under the manufacturer's warranty, be sure to include the date of purchase and a copy of your receipt. Please don't send the original. Also, be sure to provide an actual street address, no P.O. boxes please.

Second...

Find a box a few sizes larger than your item to ensure proper packing. Be sure that your unit is secure enough in the box to be transported by the shipper of your choice. Please INSURE your package when sending it.

Upon receipt of your unit we will promptly assign a technician to it. Once an estimate is established we will contact via the phone or email. We will then explain to you exactly what needs to be done to your unit and quote you a price. Upon approval, your unit will be put onto a workbench.

Our normal turn around time for a speaker is 1 to 2 weeks (depending on backlog and the availability of parts).

Once the work is completed we will contact you to let you know it's status. After finalizing the test period we will ship the unit back to the address provided on your shipping form via UPS.
